This amendment facilitates easier access to loans and capital from financial institutions, as industries can mortgage the allotted land. 

Infrastructure and Support:

KIADB ensures that the allotted industrial areas are equipped with comprehensive infrastructure facilities, including well-planned roads, water supply, and power connections. These amenities are designed to support the smooth establishment and operation of industries across various sectors. 

Additional Opportunities:

Apart from KIADB, the Karnataka State Small Industries Development Corporation (KSSIDC) also offers industrial sheds, plots, and other facilities to small-scale industries. KSSIDC periodically releases notifications for the allotment of these facilities, providing further opportunities for investors in the small-scale sector.
